2. TELS Portal Issues. Review some of the outstanding issues in TELS Portal.

1) Terms of Use (Doug)
2) Teacher Username: (firstname) + (space) + (lastname). Paul Horwitz says this is unusual.
3) Animal names for projectcode: Paul Horwitz says most students won't be able to spell words like "tortoise". Matt revised the list: http://telscenter.org/jira/browse/TELSP-203
4) when should we aim to have the "Contact Us" page?

3. TELS Portal Future Release dates. Come up with more release dates to aim for.

One date to aim for is the second beta testing with TELS Researchers, sometime late September. Ideally, we'll have one more release date before then, and we (W3 technology group) will test.
