4. Related to delivery is Version checking and updating - Some of the longest time hits for Concord models have to do with checking versions many files/tidbits of the models, scripts, code library elements, etc. How can SAIL reduce that, because we're about to move into a situation where everything is in that format and we can't have every element doing such checking. So at the very least, checking will perhaps need to be turn-off-and-on-able. Maybe the UUIDs will make this much quicker - I dunno.
