VLE ~ Interface Tooltips

"Tool Tip" text strings for the "WISE BLUE" interface:

 ToolTip Timing

  1. Please set ToolTip to 500ms.   (as of Nov 2006).  We'll see how this feels and revise if needed.
  2. Is it possible to get variety in the ToolTip timing?  Example:  can ToolTip time be set to 800ms, but once ToolTips are activated the timing shrinks to 0ms.  And after a 1 minute delay the timing returns to 800ms?  This would make ToolTips more effective -- they don't get in the way for casual mousing, but if the User hovers over an icon (indicating they want to find out the meaning of the icons) then we increase the pace with which they'll see ToolTips for adjacent icons.  Please advise if this is possibe  (MattFish).
