SDS update on generating POTrunk curnitmaps
work needed to pass sailotrunk.otmlurl to the VLE when generating curnitmap of POTrunk projects.
- the work for the SDS is done in the dev sds (rails.dev.concord.org/sds). Once that's tested, we can move the fix to the production SDS
