Show list of editable projects - Functionally is a search
show a list of projects and present it to the portal.
Retrieve A project for editing from the Repository
When the user logs into portal. The user sees a list of projects they can customize. The user picks one, it sends a request to the cms, the cms returns one and loads it in the authoring tool.
Save a project to the repository
The user is done editing their project, clicks save, the projected is added to the repository as a new version.
