I'm a user from WISE. I've made a project in the WISE Project Editor. I just found out about SAIL and was told to go to a URL.
The system gives me a wizard that makes SAIL authoring look like WISE authoring. It's familiar to me. The wizard outputs some more complicated authored work. I can pass this along to a more expert author who can make it do even more. I can also peek in and use the code as a way to learn common patterns.
