A student interacts with learning content and learning objects.

Special cases:

  • K-5 student: centers on content
  • 6-8 student: centers on curriculum unit
  • 9-12 student: centers curriculum unit, integrates other units

    • Login into student [sandbox]
      • If the student has a been created an account and issued a login and password they have the ability to login into their sandbox.
    • Interact with a learning sequence
      • The student can interact with one or more learning sequences at a time.
    • View the progress of learning sequence
      • The student can view the progress of a particular learning sequence.
    • View progress of learning sequences
      • The student can view the progress of all the learning sequences that are attached or assigned to the student.
    • View statistical information of learning sequences
      • The student can view statistical grade,progress,etc... information on the their performance.
    • Enter an open learning sequence
      • The student can enter and exit an open learning sequence at will
  • [Activities]
    • Students can attach them selves to an open learning sequence. An open learning sequence is a sequence that is extra or not requried beyond the learning sequences assigned by the teacher/learning sequence administrator.
    • Students have the ability to see information on the learning sequences that they have completed, have in progress and have been assign but not started. Students can also view statistics and learning sequence histories.
    • Student groups have the same permissions as individual students. All interaction is based on group information.

    • The student can not attach them selves to a learning sequence that is not open.
    • A teacher/learning sequence administrator can only attach a student to a non-open learning sequence.
