If I'm strugglnig with a challenging Note and I ask for a Hint, all too often the hint is maddeningly vague and unhelpful. This is a content issue, but the issue might be improved via addition of a new "Rate the Hint" system.
Basic idea, after viewing a hint, the user can click a rating button (eg., 1-5 stars) indicating how helpful they found the hint. This stored information can be reviewed by the teacher, by the author of the project, or by WISE researchers – indicating if the Hint needs improvement.
