The NetCOIL technical meeting, as far as known right know, will be attended by Andreas Harrer, Niels Pinkwart (Duisburg), Wouter van Joolingen (Enschede), Antonia Martinez (Murcia), Jim Slotta, Jeff Holmes, Turadg Aleamad, Tony Perritano (Berkeley), Paul Horvitz and perhaps Edward Burke (Concord).
