Currently if students forget a password, they have to come to the instructor computer and create a news password. This is a pain and time consuming if 10 students have forgotten their passwords – which happens all too often,. It would be much simpler if the instructor had the option to create a new password OR simply look up the student's existing password and tell them (orally) what it is or show it to them displayed on the instructor's screen.
